Q: How does the product work?

Q: How is this different from the Government’s Shared Equity Scheme?

This is a privatised scheme, meaning there are no income thresholds and maximum property values. You are assessed on your serviceability levels, and furthermore this product is open to investment properties – where the government programs are not.

Q: How do I know if I am eligible?

YourProp will conduct an assessment of your current situation. Eligibility confirmation and qualification approvals are usually issued within 48 hours.
